Our Story
Every powerful app begins with a simple idea. Trakist started as a unique solution to solve a real life challenge. We observed private tutors having a difficult time managing their classes and schedules. There was no other app available to meet their needs. We started to develop Trakist with private tutors in mind, but soon it turned out to be such a useful tool that we think it can help any other service provider with their clients and schedule keeping.
Our team continues to dedicate a tremendous amount of time and effort to ensure that Trakist is the best tool to simplify the way you work.

Is this app just for teachers or tutors?
We developed Trakist to meet the needs of private tutors, but anyone who has clients or members, needs to keep track of attendance and payments, needs a robust scheduling for their business can use our app.
How often are there updates to the App?
We are constantly working on new ideas and taking requests to add to our app. We have a long list of amazing features coming! We are sure you will love our updates. Always feel free to contact us with feature requests. We love hearing your feedback!
Trakist is free to download and use almost all features for up to 2 classes. If you need to add more, then you can subscribe for a low monthly fee of $4.99. That helps us keep implementing new features and supporting our customers.
How much does it cost?
Is my data locked to Trakist?
Your data is always yours. Trakist provides an easy way to export your data in a CSV format that you can import into any spreadsheet application.
Do you have an app for my students/clients to share the details of their classes/sessions?
Not yet! But we are planning on developing one very soon! Keep spreading the word- the more users we have the faster we can implement cool features.
What about privacy?
We feel very committed to privacy. None of your data is collected, and you do not need a login or account to get started.
